ASH is a restaurant with an open kitchen and a contact bar on the first floor of the Bashnya Na Naberezhnoy. A separate cocktail area is available for relaxing after a hard-working day and pleasant socializing in a comfortable atmosphere.
The menu is based on familiar and most popular dishes from Japanese, Chinese, and Korean cuisine: sushi with tuna and red caviar, shrimp dim sum and gyoza, salmon and scallop sashimi, shrimp tempura with wasabi sauce, eel hand rolls, and many other novelties.
We highly recommend trying dishes with fried rice combined with various flavours such as eggplant and shiitake, beef in hoisin sauce, and salmon with red pepper.
The interior reflects the fusion of Asian cultures with art objects, warm wood, and stone. The main symbol is a street pole with tangled bundles of electrical wires, which is associated with any Asian country.
The columns with mantras are made in the form of Tibetan prayer wheels. On one of them, we invite guests to make a wish.
